Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 2026

AppsTech Labs respects your privacy. This notice explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you choose to give us, we use it only for what you asked, and we keep it to ourselves.

This site uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. The pages that present Prysme measure their audience with HeyCatch, as described below. The other pages load entirely from our own server, with zero requests to outside services.

This notice also covers AppsTech Prysme, our proposal software, in its own section below.

What we collect, and why

Contact form. When you write to us, we receive the name, company, email address, and message you provide. We use them to reply to you — that's all.

Paper downloads. When you download one of our papers, we ask for your email address (and optionally your name) so we know who is reading our work and, only if you tick the consent box, to send you future papers. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to the address below.

Technical data. Like most websites, our server records standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) used solely to keep the site secure — for example, to limit abusive or automated submissions. Spam-filtering runs on our own server.

Audience measurement on the Prysme pages. The pages that present Prysme use HeyCatch (heycatch.ai) to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. HeyCatch receives the pages viewed, the clicks, the page that led you here, your browser and device type, and your browser’s IP address (the internet address of your connection), as with any request. It keeps a random identifier in your browser’s storage, so that a return visit is recognized; it sets no cookie. Its script is loaded from esm.sh. On the French pages, it runs only once you click Autoriser, and the « Mesure d’audience » link at the bottom of those pages lets you change your answer. We use these figures to improve the pages and do not combine them with your contact details.

What we never do

We sell no personal data, we share no personal data with advertisers, and we send your information to no third-party marketing platforms. Form submissions travel directly to our own server and stay there, with access restricted to the AppsTech Labs team.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and download records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our professional relationship, and security logs for a short rolling period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@appstechlabs.com. We respond promptly, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

AppsTech Prysme

AppsTech Prysme, at prysme.appstechlabs.com, is our software for writing proposals. This section describes the information Prysme handles for the organizations that use it and for their members.

Accounts. For each organization we keep its name and, for each member, a name, an email address and a password. Passwords are stored as a one-way fingerprint, from which the password itself cannot be recovered. Prysme sets one cookie, which keeps a member signed in.

Your organization's content. The company profile, library, proposals and the documents your members upload are stored on our server. Members of your organization see them according to their role. The AppsTech Labs team may access them to operate the service, to answer a support request from you, or to meet a legal obligation. After a cancellation, the content remains available for export for 90 days, and we may then delete it; on a written request to contact@appstechlabs.com, it is deleted sooner, within 30 days of the request.

AI processing. To draft, check and review proposals, Prysme sends the text concerned to our AI provider, Anthropic, which returns the result. That text can be a section, a call document or a library entry. Your content serves to produce the results you ask for, and AppsTech Labs does not use it to train AI models.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe, and Prysme receives the status of the subscription and the invoices.

Salesforce. When an administrator connects Salesforce, Prysme keeps the connection encrypted. It reads Opportunity, Account and Contact information from Salesforce to start proposals, and it records each proposal's progress on the Salesforce Opportunity.

Typeface. Prysme's screens load their typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address (the internet address of your connection).

Google Drive

When your organization allows Google Drive, a member can open a file from Google Drive in Prysme, and save the Word file of a proposal to a Drive folder.

AppsTech Prysme's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

For any request about Prysme data, including deletion, write to contact@appstechlabs.com.

Changes to this notice

If our practices change — for example, if we add a service that processes data differently — we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
